I had a great experience with this company! They were fantastic to work with and quickly resolved an issue with a blanket that wasn't heating properly by sending a replacement. The new blanket is wonderful—it feels incredibly soft, and as promised, there are no wires. I did notice a slightly rigid, larger sheet inside, which I assume is part of the carbon nanotech technology. While it was noticeable, it didn't affect the overall softness or comfort of the blanket, so it’s not a big concern, but I wanted to mention it.I especially loved the button on the throw, as I prefer it over the bulky remotes on my previous Serta blankets.I was impressed by the blanket's temperature. It heated up quickly, with noticeable warmth within 2 minutes, and it took about 10 minutes to reach full heat. After 30 minutes on level 6, the area closest to my body reached 133°F. The heat level was toasty and comfortable.Regarding EMF, I measured the blanket with my GQ-EMF390 meter, and the level was about 1.5 mg, which is normal. I will attach a picture of my infrared temperature and EMF levels.As someone with osteoarthritis, I have experience with infrared heating pads from brands like Healthyline, UTK, and Medicrystal. I found the carbon nanotech technology used in this blanket unique. While I’m used to infrared heat from crystals like amethyst, tourmaline, and jade, it’s great to see this innovative technology in a blanket. It would be helpful if the company specified how deep the infrared heat is intended to penetrate (I’m accustomed to about 6 inches of penetration from my other products).Overall, I applaud the company for its innovation and bravery in introducing carbon nanotech technology into the market. Many people use heat for both comfort and health benefits, and I appreciate that this company is leading the way. Kudos to them!
